Your Credit Union has designed three programs to help make it easier and fun for young investors to begin saving and make the most of their funds.
This program is designed for members up through age 9. Program members receive a postcard mailing every other month detailing an incentive giveaway for those members who make a minimum deposit of $3.
The Financial Youth Group is designed for members ages 10 - 13. Group members receive a postcard every other month offering helpful tips about saving money and getting better grades. The postcards also announce special programs, including the Bonus for Good Grades program and our Summer of Savings.
This group is designed for members ages 14 - 21. Group members receive a quarterly newsletter, free postage paid bank-by-mail envelopes and deposit slips, and are able to participate in the annual Cold Hard Cash program and $1500 Scholarship for high school seniors.
Members of all our youth and young adult savings programs earn dividends on their savings accounts on average daily balances of $5 or more. Additionally, these members may open certificates of deposit with a minimum deposit of $500 *minimum does not apply to IRA products.
